FAQs

1. How do I find out the opening hours of the Parks and the times of the shows and parades?
You can visit the Disneyland® Resort Paris website before you travel (www.disneylandparis.co.uk), or pick up a Park Guide at the entrance to either Disneyland® Park or Walt Disney Studios® Park.

2. How do I find out about facilities for students with special needs?
Wheelchairs can be hired from the Stroller and Wheelchair Rental Shop in both Parks; further details are available on the web site http://international.visit.disneylandparis.com/disabled-visitors/index.xhtml. Guests who cannot make their own transfer from a wheelchair to a ride must be accompanied by someone who is physically able to help them.

3. How can I get a photograph taken of my group with Mickey Mouse?
Details of “Meet 'n' Greets” are given in the Park Guide.

4. Some of my students are vegetarians and one or two have food allergies. Will they be able to eat at the Resort?
All restaurants and on-site hotels have vegetarian options. You should notify the restaurant or hotel of any students with food allergies or specific religious dietary requirements on arrival.

5. How can I be sure that the Resort is a safe place to take my students?
As a Resort, Disney knows how important a good risk assessment is and has commissioned an independent company to produce a risk assessment, click here for details.

6. What happens if it rains?
80% of the attractions in the Disneyland® Park and 90% of the attractions in the Walt Disney Studios® Park are protected against the elements, so nothing should stop your fun.

7. Are there any minimum ages or heights on any of the attractions?
Yes, some of the attractions have height limits, for safety purposes. This is clearly marked in the Park Guide and at the entrance to the attractions.

8. What is FASTPASS®?
FASTPASS® is a free, time-saving service that shortens your wait at some of the most popular attractions in the Disneyland Park and the Walt Disney Studios® Park.

9. What do I do if one of my students hurts themselves?
There are first aid centres in Disneyland Park, in Main Street, U.S.A®. near Central Plaza and in Walt Disney Studios Park, behind Studio Services. In an emergency contact any Cast Member (Disney Employee).

10. What do I do if I lose one of my students?
Make sure that your students know to go to one of the meeting places if they are lost in Disneyland Park between the Plaza Gardens Restaurant and the First Aid Center; in Walt Disney Studios Park, at the entrance, next to Studio Services.

11. How do I get my students from a Disney Hotel to the Disney® Parks?
There free shuttle busses that take you from the Disney Hotels to the Disney Parks.
